MAY sarili na ring web-based app ang Manila Water Incorporated upang mas madali ang pagbabayad ng bills ng kanilang mga customer.
Inilunsad ng kumpanya ang My Manila Water App (MMWA) para sa mas madaling transaksyon.
Kailangan lamang mag-sign up ang mga Manila Water Customer sa pamamagitan ng kanilang account verification data na makikita sa kanilang mga bill.
“We fully recognize the need for mobile applications that our customers can use to minimize travel and exposure to the COVID-19 in physical payment centers; hence, we are launching the My Manila Water App to make it more convenient for them,” saad ni Jeric Sevilla, head ng Manila Water’s Corporate Strategic Affairs Group.
Sinabi ni Sevilla na maaaring gamitin ng kanilang business at commercial customers.
“In the coming months, we will release a downloadable version of the app as we continue to add more features in the application and expand it to include service advisories and interruptions; news and updates; traffic advisories, checking and tracking the locations of any of our ongoing activities such as pipelaying, emergency repairs, maintenance activities, among others,” dagdag ni Sevilla.
Sa tala, nasa pitong milyon ang customers ng Manila Water sa eastern Metro Manila na kinabibilangan ng Marikina, Pasig, Taguig, Makati, San Juan, Mandaluyong at ilang bahagi ng Quezon City at Maynila at lalawigan ng Rizal.
